Why Pilates Reformer Towels are a Must

Pilates towels for reformers used to be the type of thing that were basically improvised from using the same material that is commonly found in sleeping bag mats or kitchen cabinet liners. They were rarely designed to fit the actual reformer and would slide or bunch up quickly during a workout which was quite frustrating for most people who tried to use them.

This keeps hair from getting stuck in the slot/crack and pulling which can be painful and annoying during the workout.

Once your workout is done then feel free to toss your sFera Pilates mat towel into the washing machine if you feel the need. However do NOT put the towel in a dryer as it will damage the material that it is made out of.
